1. Introduction
PacedLoop ("PacedLoop," "we," "us," or "our") provides a workflow automation platform that enables Custom GPT creators to connect their GPTs to automated workflows.
This Privacy Policy explains:

- How long we retain it
- Your rights and choices
This Policy applies to:
- Individuals who create a PacedLoop account ("Creators").
- Individuals who interact with a Custom GPT connected to PacedLoop workflows ("End Users").
2. Roles and Data Responsibility
Because PacedLoop operates as workflow infrastructure, responsibility for information depends on context.
2.1 Creators (PacedLoop Account Holders)
For account registration, authentication, billing, platform administration, and support communications, PacedLoop determines how and why personal information is processed.
2.2 End Users Interacting with Custom GPTs
When an End User interacts with a Custom GPT that is connected to PacedLoop:
- Prompts and responses may pass through PacedLoop systems to execute workflows.
- Workflow execution data may be stored in our backend.
- Workflow outputs are made available to the Creator who configured the GPT.
In this context:
- The Creator determines what data is collected through their GPT.
- The Creator controls how that data is used once delivered to them.
- Once workflow outputs are delivered to a Creator, that data becomes subject to the Creator's own privacy practices.
- PacedLoop does not control how Creators use, store, or share data outside of our platform.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information from Creators
We may collect:
- Email address
- Authentication identifiers
- Account details
- Billing information (if applicable)
- Workflow configuration data
- Workflow metadata (e.g., workflow names, steps, timestamps)
- GPT-generated workflow outputs
- Usage logs and analytics data
3.2 Information from End Users
When an End User interacts with a connected GPT:
- Prompts and responses may be processed through our systems
- Workflow execution data may be stored
- Timestamps and system logs may be recorded
We process this information solely to operate the workflows configured by the Creator.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use workflow data for independent AI model training, profiling, or advertising.
4. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Create and manage accounts
- Authenticate users
- Execute workflows
- Store workflow history
- Provide usage insights to Creators
- Maintain platform security
- Detect and prevent abuse or fraud
- Comply with legal obligations
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information.
We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only as necessary in the following situations:
5.1 Service Providers
We may share information with trusted service providers, such as:
- Cloud hosting providers
- Infrastructure providers
- Payment processors
- Analytics providers used to maintain platform performance
These providers are contractually required to safeguard information and may use it only to provide services to us.
5.2 Custom GPT Creators
When End Users interact with a connected GPT:
- Workflow outputs are made available to the Creator.
- Once delivered, that data is under the Creator's control.
If you are an End User and would like your data deleted from a Creator's systems, you must contact that Creator directly.
PacedLoop can delete information stored within our own systems but cannot delete information retained independently by Creators.
5.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
6. Data Retention
Creator Account Data
We retain account data for as long as the account remains active.
Upon request to delete an account:
- Account data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe.
- Certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
- Backup copies may persist temporarily.
Workflow Data
Workflow data is retained:
- While the associated Creator account remains active, or
- According to the Creator's configuration
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including:
- Encryption in transit
- Access controls
- Role-based system permissions
- Infrastructure monitoring
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information.
8. Your Privacy Rights (Including California Residents)
Depending on your state of residence, including California, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information

End Users of Custom GPTs
If you interacted with a Custom GPT connected to PacedLoop:
- The Creator of that GPT controls how your interaction data is used once delivered to them.
- You should contact the Creator directly for deletion or access requests related to their GPT.
- PacedLoop can delete information stored within our systems upon valid request.
9. Children's Privacy
PacedLoop is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Additional Agreements for Creators
Custom GPT creators who create an account with PacedLoop are also subject to our:

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we make material changes, we will update the Last Updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
